This year, we are excited to present an intimate fireside chat featuring two inspiring women entrepreneurs who have made their mark in our community. Hosted by the Niagara Falls Small Business Enterprise Centre, this engaging conversation will offer relatable insights and uplifting stories from women who have turned their ideas into reality, overcome challenges, and achieved success in South Niagara.

Gina Delle Rose-Ash • Manager, Market Development
Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority (HOPA Ports)
Gina Delle Rose Ash is a seasoned logistics professional with 15 years of expertise in maritime transportation and logistics. Since setting sail with the Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority (HOPA Ports) in 2018, she has been at the helm of optimizing supply chains in southern Ontario, charting courses that leverage marine transportation solutions.
A Brock University graduate with an Honours degree in Business Communications, Gina also holds a Certificate in Marine Transportation from the Shipping Federation of Canada & Concordia University and is a Certified Logistics Professional through the CITT program.
Beyond logistics, Gina is a champion for women in male-dominated industries. She founded the annual Women in Logistics event and co-launched the Impact! Award with the Great Lakes Seaway Review, celebrating trailblazing women within Great Lakes transportation. Her leadership extends to serving on the Board of Directors for The Marine Club and the Niagara Industrial Association, as well as contributing as an Advisory Committee member for the McMaster Institute for Transportation & Logistics. In 2023, she was recognized with Niagara’s 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Award for her impact on the local economy and community.
A dedicated advocate for inclusion, mentorship, and innovation, Gina continues to pave the way for future leaders. She resides in Fort Erie with her husband and two children, balancing a thriving career with a passion for building strong, diverse communities.
Kelly Furgal Toye • Senior Agency Partner

Meet Kelly Furgal Toye, a seasoned Senior Agency Partner at Netflix in Canada, with a rich background in media and entertainment. Kelly excels in crafting innovative sales solutions for brands, focusing on content alignment, digital strategies, and product integrations. With experience at Amazon and Corus Entertainment, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role and the industry as a whole.
During her tenure in the Media & Entertainment division at Amazon, Kelly served as the Vice President of Events for Women @ Amazon in Canada, delivering highly visible events for International Women’s Day across the country. She is also a founding
member of the #EmpowerHer organization in Toronto that hosts educational and inspirational networking, coaching and professional development events featuring impactful C-Suite and senior executive women in Media, Advertising, and Tech.
Kelly’s educational background includes an Honours BA in Communications from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Creative Writing from Humber College. It was Kelly’s experience working for 8 years as the only female Digital Sr. Account Executive at Corus that propelled her passion of lifting up women in the workplace. It was at this time that Kelly completed her Women in Leadership Executive Certificate from Cornell University, where she learned with and from women in various industries that many of the issues we deal with are the same, no matter the profession.
Hailing from Fort Erie, Kelly’s perspective has been shaped by teaching in Seoul, South Korea, and settling in Toronto with her family. Beyond her professional endeavors, she nurtures her passion for literature, food and travel through her book
review blog, Write Eat Read Repeat, and has been featured as a recurring guest onGlobal TV’s The Morning Show as a women’s literature and lifestyle expert. Kelly cherishes her role as ‘mama’ to her two young sons, instilling feminist values and fostering an inclusive environment at home and in her career.
Kelly strives to make a difference for women in the workplace, to cultivate an open, strong, emotionally intelligent environment that extends to all facets of life.
