Kathy Sarris – Consumer Services Officer – Consumer Protection Ontario

Kathy has dedicated over 15 years to serving as a Consumer Services Officer, where she has become a trusted resource for the general public in understanding their rights and responsibilities within the marketplace. She excels in evaluating consumer complaints and mediating resolutions in accordance with ministry-administered acts. Kathy provides expert advice to consumers, businesses, registrants,  and other stakeholders on legislative matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a fair marketplace. She is proactive in identifying and highlighting contentious trends, bringing them to the forefront for team and senior management consideration.
