Changes to curbside collection were made to:
• Increase waste diversion; • Preserve landfill capacity; • Save valuable natural resources; and • Lessen our environmental impact.
Changes were based on research, industry best practices and consultation with residents and businesses in Niagara.
These waste collection changes will take effect October 19, 2020.
