The City of Port Colborne is looking for community feedback on its Draft Community Health & Wellness Action Plan, which will help guide future priorities around healthcare access, community well-being, and health equity.

Residents are encouraged to review the draft plan and complete the survey before it closes on July 2, 2026.

Your input matters and will help ensure the plan reflects the needs, priorities, and lived experiences of our community.
