Lani’s journey in Canada started 18 years ago. She has worked for several organizations, both locally and globally as a Learning and Development Specialist. With her vast experience in various industries, she saw a common denominator that stops a team from reaching their full potential – the absence of real, authentic dialogue.
As such, it has become her personal mission to build better teams, by sparking meaningful dialogue and inspiring collaboration in the workplace, which over time, inspired her to launch her Consulting and Coaching business.
Her genuine interest in helping her clients succeed further fuels her mission, especially when they leave her workshops and coaching sessions with renewed enthusiasm and concrete action plans to make a difference in the workplace.
Together with her husband, their three children, and their two dogs, she continues to live a life of gratitude and build wonderful memories in beautiful Niagara.
