For those who missed our March 24th Lunch & Learn, the session highlighted how co-op programs—from high school to post-secondary – can support talent development and future hiring. Led by David Cristelli of the Niagara Catholic District School Board, the discussion showed how easy it is for employers to get involved with co-op and OYAP to connect with local students, build a strong talent pipeline, and support long-term growth.
