  • Mark Cherney, Business Manager, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 303: Mark is the current Business Manager and Financial Secretary of the IBEW Local 303. Mark is associated with many construction and health and safety groups acting as the current Niagara-Haldimand Building and Construction Trades Council President. He has worked with numerous Niagara charitable groups through Local 303’s annual golf tournament. Mark is also a NOTL Soccer Club coach and past board member.
  • Rima Hindo, Partner, Letourneau Hindo Professional Corporation: A CPA, CA, she has more than 30 years experience in diverse sectors of the economy including financial institutions, not-for-profits, manufacturing, NGOs and academia. Rima’s work has taken her around the globe including the USA, UK, and the Middle East. Throughout her working life Rima has been supportive of the arts, and community organizations. Locally her firm has supported the Terry Fox Run, Niagara Falls Minor Hockey League, St John’s Ambulance and Man a Mile Marathon. Rima holds an MBA Kellogg Schulich School of Business and is currently serving as an Ambassador of Northwestern University.
  • Lauren Lewitzky, Fundraising& Events Coordinator, Project Share: Lauren is a strong believer in community engagement, and possesses contagious enthusiasm for building the Chamber’s membership base and its services. Having previously worked for the South Niagara Chambers, Lauren has knowledge and experience that would allow her to excel as a Board Member. In addition to her work. She also sits on the Niagara Falls Rowing Club Board, volunteers for various community events and is continuing her education through the pursuit of her Certified Fund raising Professional Executive.
  • Dan Lonergan, Senior Experiential Education Coordinator, Goodman School of Business: Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Dan is deeply committed to strengthening and improving the local business environment. Through his work with Brock University and Cooperative Education and Work Integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL) he has seen first-hand the impact that young talent can have on both the national and local business landscape. He has spent the last 4 years connecting local businesses and non-profit organizations to students in order to advance strategic positioning, build capacity and grow. As a Director Dan will look to help more local businesses tap into the wealth of student talent available. Dan has served as an Appointee to the Board for the past 2 years.
  • Scott Lunn, General Manager, 101.1 More FM/105.1 The River: Scott has been in the broadcast industry for more than 30 years from coast to coast. Working in local radio and television for most of his life, Scott understands the importance of local business and its ties to the community. Scott was a member of the Board of Directors for the Prince George, BC Chamber of Commerce and found it to be a rewarding experience. The connection between business and government requires a voice and he believes the role of the Chamber is to be that voice. This is a particularly tough time in the region and the importance of the Chamber has never been more prominent!
