economic development, community engagement, and organizational growth. As Executive Director of the South Niagara Chambers of Commerce, she brings deep institutional knowledge, a proven track record of building strategic partnerships, and a passion for empowering local businesses.
Throughout her career, Dolores has successfully led multiple Chambers through times of growth and transformation—implementing innovative programs, expanding membership, increasing revenue, and strengthening the Chamber’s role as a regional economic driver. Known for her
collaborative leadership style, she works closely with business leaders, government officials, and community stakeholders to advance policies and initiatives that foster a strong, resilient local economy.
Driven by a commitment to service, Dolores continues to champion the mission of the Chamber: to connect, promote, and support the businesses and communities it serves.

Events Coordinator

As the Events Coordinator for our South Niagara Chambers of Commerce, Bri-Anne plays a vital role in planning, organizing, and executing the Chamber’s wide range of events—from networking mixers and business expos to annual galas and award ceremonies. With a strong background in event planning and community engagement, Bri-Anne brings both creativity and precision to every project, ensuring that each event reflects the Chamber’s mission and supports the success of local businesses.
She joined the Chamber in 2022 with 10 years of experience in event management, marketing, and stakeholder coordination. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, Bri-Anne works closely with Chamber members, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers to deliver memorable experiences that strengthen business relationships and community ties.

Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant at our South Niagara Chambers of Commerce, Marilu serves as the organizational backbone of the Chamber’s daily operations. With a strong focus on efficiency, communication, and attention to detail, Marilu provides vital support to the Chamber team, members, and community partners.
She manages a wide range of administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, member services, and database management. Marilu’s professionalism and commitment to customer service help ensure that Chamber operations run smoothly and that members receive timely, accurate assistance.
Before joining the Chamber in 2023, Marilu used her talents as a lawyer in Mexico. Known for her friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset, Marilu contributes to a welcoming and productive environment for all who interact with the Chamber.

Jaimie Chipman

Director of Communications

Jaimie is the Director of Communications for the South Niagara Chambers of Commerce, where she develops and executes strategic messaging to support the Chamber’s mission of fostering local business growth, economic development, and community engagement. With expertise in writing, branding, and public relations, Jamie helps ensure the Chamber’s voice is clear, consistent, and impactful across all platforms.
In this role, Jaimie manages a variety of communications initiatives, including newsletters, social media content, website updates, and event promotions. Her work strengthens the Chamber’s connection with its members, stakeholders, and the wider community by highlighting key programs, initiatives, and advocacy efforts.
Jaimie brings a thoughtful, audience-focused approach to every project. She is skilled at translating complex ideas into accessible, engaging content that aligns with the Chamber’s strategic goals.
Jaimie has worked with a range of public- and private-sector clients on communication strategies that drive visibility and results. Passionate about community development and collaboration, she is proud to support the Chamber’s efforts to create a thriving local economy.

Video Content Producer

Alayna is a dedicated Video Content Producer for the South Niagara Chambers of Commerce, where she specializes in crafting compelling visual stories that highlight local businesses, and community initiatives. With a strong background in video production, editing, and storytelling, Alayna plays a key role in advancing the Chamber’s mission to promote business growth and community engagement.
Combining technical expertise with a creative eye, Alayna produces a wide range of multimedia content—from business spotlight videos and event coverage to social media campaigns and promotional series. Her work helps amplify the voices of local entrepreneurs, attract investment to the region, and enhance the Chamber’s digital presence.

Cassie Battaglini

Membership Engagement Assistant

Cassie serves as the Membership Engagement Assistant at the South Niagara Chambers of Commerce, supporting the Chamber’s mission to connect, promote, and advocate for local businesses. In this role, she assists with the day-to-day operations of membership services, helping to ensure that members receive timely communication, personalized support, and meaningful opportunities for involvement.
With a strong focus on organization, communication, and customer service, Cassie plays a key part in managing member databases, coordinating engagement activities, and supporting events and outreach efforts. She works closely with the broader Chamber team to maintain a positive member experience and foster a welcoming environment for new and existing members alike.
Known for her attention to detail and friendly approach, Cassie is often the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects the Chamber’s commitment to professionalism and service.
