Developed in partnership with the Niagara Region and CUPE Local 133, Level Up connects residents with temporary employment, mentorship, and community supports, helping families regain stability and independence. The City of Niagara Falls’ Chief Administrative Officer, Jason Burgess, will share an inspiring look at the Level Up Program — a first-of-its-kind municipal initiative in Niagara designed to help single parents on Ontario Works transition into meaningful employment. Jason will provide an overview of the program and offer insights into how local businesses can adopt or support similar workforce development initiatives.
