The Canadian Chamber of Commerce published its first Policy Matters on the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA), known in Canada as CUSMA, in August 2024. The Agreement came into force in March 2020, replacing NAFTA, and is up for review in July, when the three countries will decide whether to extend it for another 16 years or move to annual reviews until 2036.
