Seeding Digital Skills is a free, online training program for agri-food, manufacturing and clean tech businesses designed to help them adopt and implement digital twin technology. Digital twins are virtual replicas of physical assets/systems which are continuously updated with real-time data to help businesses predict, optimize, and enhance their operations. These virtual replicas provide businesses with a competitive advantage in many areas, including: – assembly and production line optimization – monitoring quality control – lifecycle management – predictive maintenance – simulating process changes and facility expansions – improved health and yields for crops and livestock – keeping food safer and fresher during storage and transport – training new staff with VR replicas of machinery and facilities
The result? A more efficient, data-driven, and resilient operation!
Seeding Digital Skills is a hands-on training program (approx. $20,000 value) that is offered free and 100% online. The program includes 12 weeks of training (one 3 hour session per week, over 12 weeks) and a 1-year industry-level license from Unity Technologies. In addition, learners earn valuable Unity training badges and gain access to the Unity Hub library of 400+ hours of on demand courses for the duration of their 12-month license.
